Central Quezon Academy - 1992
Lucky enough that one of my classmate in Central Quezon Academy for the batch 1992 put this picture in her facebook. I got the chance to see my picture more than 15 years ago. Happy to see this historical picture

Young Maubanin now living in other places. I think none of them remained in Mauban.

Kalamay
Kalamay is favorite food being prepare during Christmas or New Year Season. In Mauban Kalamay is pack with dahon ng sagin and place in any kind of box while in Bohol, Kalamay is placed inside coconut shell and being sold at P35 each or 3 for P100.
So which kalamay do you think is more delicious, Kalamay Bohol or Kalamay Mauban. Well since i tasted both flavor and I declared that Kalamay Mauban is better.
