        This was the dream:

We, the sovereign Filipino people, imploring the aid of Almighty God, in order to build a just and humane society and establish a Government that shall embody our ideals and aspirations, promote the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony, and secure to ourselves and our posterity the blessings of independence and democracy under the rule of law and a regime of truth, justice, freedom, love, equality, and peace…

But the reality is this: Our institutions have broken down any political will aside from the will of an illegitimate president. The constitution is but a piece of paper to officials who have sworn to protect it, and it is used to create laws that serve selfish interests.

There is war stirring in our precious south, a war used by the people in power and their cohorts for their own gains.

Our lawmakers are our lawbreakers, and they will be allowed to run for the leadership of our country, and will be allowed to hide from sword of Justice, or at the very least an accounting of misdeeds. And knowing the history of elections in this country, these people may actually “win” and become our leaders.

But suddenly, the gift of light. We are given the chance to take the first steps in correcting the gaping sore that has eroded the promise of our country.

We will once again live in a country where the laws work not only for the rich and powerful, but for every one of us. Where the constitution is upheld, where our voices as a nation will be heard, where our rights as people will be respected, where we are the masters of our own fates.

We must get this message across to every corner of our beloved country:Korapsyon ang ugat ng ating kahirapan. KUNG WALANG CORRUPT, WALANG MAHIRAP.

Nasa kamay natin ang kinabukasan. Hindi natin ibebenta, hindi natin isusuko.

I hope you find the information in this newsletter a good start-off point in your campaign for change. Please take a moment and share this with your friends; every vote counts. I also urge you to join the chain of offering votes for others.

Not sure where to post this but I wanted to ask if anyone has heard of National Clicks?

Can someone help me find it?

Overheard some co-workers talking about it all week but didn't have time to ask so I thought I would post it here to see if someone could help me out.

Seems to be getting alot of buzz right now.

    Thanks

Nice article post. I do hope, everything will be okay here in the Philippines. We've been into a lot of problems now.
